We are looking for an Analyst Executive to join a high profile retailer on the British high street whose multichannel business is at the forefront of Digital with exciting plans to further grow their global online presence.
As the Analyst Executive, you will be supporting all evaluation, targeting and post campaign analysis of CRM activity. You will be measuring the effectiveness of various campaigns to then support the development of a customer centric CRM and loyalty plan. Whilst conducting evaluation of all campaigns you will be making recommendations for future improvements.
We are looking for an analytical and testing mentality to improve customer loyalty and to lead activity to optimise campaign metrics and click through rates to all be in line with the best practice targets.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need at least 3 years’ experience with customer analytics and use of customers transactional and CRM channel data. With a good understanding of the retail industry and loyalty programmes. Experience using SAS is highly desirable.
