We are working with a leading UK Food retailer, who are continuing to expand and looking for an Analytics Manager to join their team.
As Analytics Manager you will be focusing primarily on the Loyalty Programme and CRM database, within the Marketing department. You will develop customer-centric CRM and loyalty targeting plans. You will own the Test and Learn strategy for personalised offers and rewards, evaluating campaigns, making suggestions on future campaigns and providing the wider business with data insights.
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent understanding of analytics programs, primarily SAS. You will have extensive experience of customer analytics and use of customers transactional and CRM channel data. You will also possess a proven track record in telling a story with data and of customer centric campaign development and understanding of how to translate insight into action.
