As a Customer Data Analytics Manager you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to build multi-channel audiences using their state-of-the-art customer data platform. This will involve day to day management of the platform, resolving data issues, defining key metrics and reporting. You will be the subject matter expert and will advise stakeholders how to achieve their desired objectives using the data.
The right candidate must have solid SQL experience and have worked with a CRM or marketing automation platform. We are also looking for an excellent communicator who can manage relationships with internal stakeholders and present complex information in a clear manner. Experience with paid advertising campaigns would also be beneficial.
This position offers a fixed salary of £40-55K depending on experience + excellent employee benefits.
