Our client is one of the leading UK multi-channel retailers offering high quality fashion and home products. Fantastic opportunity for a lead planning, marketer specialising in local, loyalty campaigns designed to drive incremental behaviours and retain customers over time.
You will be responsible for evaluating CRM activity of large databases and developing customer centric CRM and loyalty plans across multiple channels, aligned to the objectives of the local marketing team, to retain and reward our best customers and drive incremental behaviour. Own mark down budget for personalised offers and optimise the ROI for campaigns. Development of reusable campaign templates to standardise best practice campaigns and enable greater scale and reach for local marketing activity.
To be considered you will need in depth experience planning from end to end successful communication strategies and ideally have had experience working at a data insight agency.
