We have a great opportunity for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to join a well-known fashion brand in West Yorkshire. This role is responsible for managing the communications plan for loyalty card members and planning and delivering strategies to increase membership and retention.
- Effectively manage the communications plan for loyalty card holders in order to increase customer acquisition and drive loyalty
- Manage the online content area for loyalty card holders
- Plan and deliver both traditional and digital CRM strategies
- Analyse the performance and ROI of campaigns and optimise them to increase future effectiveness
- Ensure campaigns are on brand and legally compliant
- Ensure the effective segmentation of the CRM database for targeted communications
- Monitor the health of the database and report on growth and churn
- Source offers, gifts and competitions for loyalty card holders
- Relevant experience in CRM and loyalty marketing
- Experience working on a loyalty or membership scheme would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in fashion or retail is highly desirable
