Customer Analyst – Loyalty Team London | C. P.A. FULL TIME EQUIVALENT, Permanent | REF: SD-5000736

We are looking for a customer focused, tech savvy Analyst to join a successful retail business on their friendly and energetic loyalty team!

In this Analyst role you will be responsible for analysing various sets of data and behaviours in order to discover and implement effective targeted communications, well researched personalisation, and ultimately ways to connect with the customer on all levels.

The ideal candidate will be at Analyst level and have experience of working within a loyalty, club, or points card team. It is vital for candidates to have SQL skills and ideally will have used Power BI however this is not as essential as long as there is a keen interest to learn! For this role they are looking for someone who is analytical, numerical and with strong attention to detail along with the confidence to manage multiple projects and liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
