Based in Rochdale office, under the support and guidance of the Service lead Manager, the primary purpose of this the role is to support end-users of the application by imparting your knowledge about the product to help solve their underlying problem and enable their efficient and effective use of the system.
The successful candidate will be a driven, committed, hard worker who has a passion for providing customer service and is happy being part of a team
As a highly organised and structural person, you thrive on doing things once. You enjoy the detail, yet you don’t get bogged down working on things that won’t deliver a high dividend – time is valuable!
You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As well as possess excellent Word, Excel, and general computing skills. You are happy rolling up your sleeves and working as part of a team and helping your co-workers where necessary
Experience working in the Customer service industry online or in store , would be highly regarded.
