In this Analyst position, you will be responsible for analysing E-Commerce and digital marketing campaigns; reviewing such aspects as visitor traffic, content engagement, and conversation rates. You will produce reports and analysis using multiple sources, including internal and external data sources and tools such as Google Analytics, MS Office, and Data Visualisation tools. As well as deriving actionable insight to ensure better understanding of our customers, drive innovation, and commercial growth.
Breaking this down day-to-day, you will analyse data to identify and interpret trends, providing actionable insight, recommendations to influence and support trading and online decisions. Analyse customer and visitor user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.
The successful candidate will come from a digital analysis background with strong experience in using Google Analytics along with having good data visualisation skills along with MS office. You must be confident in presenting your ideas and findings to various management levels and be used to a fast paced, ever changing environment.
