We are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Manager to join a newly created team within a high profile global brand who are at the heart of multichannel retailing. Their global business has a significant International presence with a clear strategy and ambitious goals. Working out of their chic London HQ with a highly regarded Data, Insight and Product team who proactively support each other, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
In this role we are looking for proactive and driven candidate who is passionate about customer experience and driving improvements and change. You will be reviewing high volumes of customer data and turning this insight into key personas and creating strong product ideas
Ideally you will have a background in understanding customer experience through digital and ideally a good understanding of product or user design. Being able to translate customer experience will be key alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.
