A high profile Head of Digital role has come up with a niche online fashion business. They have exciting plans to further grow their online offer across their two websites and have a couple of projects in the pipeline for this role to lead on.
As Head of Digital, you will be at the helm of the Ecommerce function and contribute to Digital strategy and influencing opportunities to strengthen market position.
You will take technical and strategic ownership for the trading arm of the Ecommerce team, overseeing the team and demonstrating best practice at all times, In addition, develop a clear digital marketing plan ensuring balance of retention and customer acquisition. Customer service will also be you area of responsibility to ensure a clear customer message.
To be considered for the Head of Digital role, you should have solid experience of trading Ecommerce retail sites within pure play or a multichannel business and already operating as a Head of ECommerce or Senior ECommerce Manager.
