The Marketing team are on a very exciting journey to change perceptions and in this role as Head of Marketing Planning you will play a critical role in this dynamic marketing function.
As the Head of Marketing Planning, you will run the small, yet high profile team at the epicentre of the department. Driving everything from our trading strategy to their quarterly planning process. This high-profile role is key to helping define the overall strategy for the marketing team, working with the customer insight function to ensure that they are delivering effective communications to their customers through a strategic direction aligned with all of the different department categories.
You will be the key representative for marketing across the business, ensuring that the right information is available at the right time, challenging the norm and breaking down barriers to ensure functions are working well together.
Overall, as Head of Marketing Planning, you will set strategy for marketing prioritization, productivity enhancements, and process improvements and work with the team to deliver and execute these and lead budget planning, management & reporting for the marketing department, ensuring Marketing function are on track vs budget.
To be considered for this heavyweight Head of Marketing Planning opportunity, you should have excellent project management skills with your broader marketing expertise. Very strong planning, change management and exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, you should already be an established Head of Marketing Planning or Senior Marketing Planning Manager.
