An exciting role as Head of Online Trading has come up with a high profile global retailer who are at the heart of multichannel retailing. Their global business has a clear Digital transformation strategy with ambitious goals. Working out of their Central London HQ with a dynamic Digital Trading team who proactively support each other, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.

As the Head of Online Trading, you have accountability for the trading & merchandising of the website & sales revenue of huge Online Store.

In this position, as Head of Online Trading, you will accelerate the growth of digital sales. And sit on the Senior Leadership Team and be a leading digital advocate across the wider business.

Form and lead a commercially savvy, ambitious and tenacious trading team. Create the commercial plans to deliver growth, in line with the Clothing & Home strategy, own the delivery of the commercial budget for .com business and deliver weekly trading plans to address gaps in performance using promotional techniques, new merchandising, product focuses etc.

Create a strong web analytics capability that drives trading and development decisions, and influences from a multichannel perspective across the business and work closely with the Performance Marketing teams to deliver strong traffic and revenue growth. Lead the Site Optimisation Team to focus on robust test and learn plans, and optimisation of web tools & introduce data-driven online merchandising techniques.
