A heavyweight opportunity has come up with a high profile global retailer who are at the heart of multichannel retailing. Their global business is at the forefront of using Marketing Insights to drive performance within Visual Merchandising.
In this role, you will lead the development of a clear vision with store design and the marketing propositions team to achieve a world class store, customer and category experience.
Leading a senior dynamic team and working closely with Customer Insights to better understand their customers and how they shop and create a more relevant look for the customer based on this.
You will lead the development and ensure delivery of the VM strategy and best in class visual merchandising to support the commercial requirements. Also, working closely with Digital team to deliver a seamless VM and styling experience across stores and Online.
Therefore, the right candidate will have experience of setting VM strategy, yet be operational and have a proven track record of using Marketing Insights to shape and define VM
To be considered you will already be operating as Head of VM or Senior Manager within Fashion retail. You will be a very strong leader and have managed a senior high performing team.
