We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join a fast growing consumer start-up company. Our client is a UK founded sustainable subscription based business who has experienced tremendous growth in the past year. They are rapidly expanding into European markets and are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who can lead their digital growth activities in Germany as well as other European countries.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive you will drive new customer acquisition for paid social and paid search channels. You will work with external agencies as well as the in-house creative team. Testing and learning will be a key part of your role, as well as analysing and reporting on the success of campaigns in order to optimise future performance.

This role requires full professional proficiency in Germany. Prior experience in paid social, paid search or CRM is preferred.

We are looking for someone who is very commercial and results oriented. You need to love data and testing but also have a creative mind. We want someone who will bring lots of new ideas about how to acquire new customers and who is passionate and excited about contributing to the growth of a young sustainable business.

This role offers a basic salary of £30-36K depending on experience plus lots of additional benefits. You will be based in the London HQ with the option of regular homeworking.
