We have a high profile Web Analyst role for a premium brand based in the heart of the West End.
In this Web Analyst position, you will be responsible for producing reports and analysis for the Online team using multiple sources, including internal and external data sources and tools such as Google Analytics, FastStats and Power BI. As well as deriving actionable insight to ensure better understanding of our customers, drive innovation, and commercial growth.
Breaking this down day-to-day, you will analyse data to identify and interpret trends, providing actionable insight, recommendations to influence and support trading and online marketing decisions. Analyse customer and visitor user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution. Develop a true multi-channel understanding of customer and visitor behaviour and lifecycle requirements. Analyse ROI to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through different channels, including digital acquisition, CRM and social. Provide test strategies & hypothesis for A/B & MVT projects
The successful candidate will oversee and implement all Tagging in GA & will be able to deliver to tight deadlines within a complex, highly demanding environment.
Looking for 3 years minimum experience web analytics within an ecommerce environment, preferably retail e commerce. Equipped with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate numerical data and analytical findings into actionable recommendations & meaningful insights to improve Trading performance. Must have advanced expertise using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
